Yes. Our AC contracts include tune‑up services and maintenance to keep your cooling system running efficiently and reduce breakdowns.
What’s included in your HVAC repair protection plan?
Our heating contracts cover repairs and replacements of a defined number of defective parts (14 in the Basic plan; 32 in the Platinum plan), labor coverage and priority service scheduling.
If I sign a fixed‑price contract, what happens if oil prices go up?
With our Fixed Price plan you lock in a set rate per gallon for the season, so even if market prices rise, your rate remains the same and you’re protected from increases. This is one of our most popular plans because it provides peace of mind to our customers.
How often should I schedule preventative maintenance for heating and cooling systems?
We recommend scheduling an annual tune‑up and safety inspection for both heating and cooling systems to keep them operating efficiently and reliably.
