New York State Clean Fuel Tax Credit

Homeowners are eligible to receive a New York State tax credit. This credit is equal to one cent per gallon per percentage of biodiesel. Homeowners could get up to 20 cents per gallon for their purchase.

To claim this tax credit, homeowners in New York must file NY State Form IT-241 along with your income tax return.
