Our service contracts allow us to ensure your burner operates efficiently, extend the lifespan of your equipment, and prioritize scheduling for any repairs.
Basic Service Agreement: 500 Gallon Minimum Oil Purchase Required, repair and replacement of 14 defective parts.
Platinum Service Agreement: Automatic Delivery Required, 24/7 service during the Winter, repair and replacement of 32 defective parts.

Our service contracts include a free annual tune‑up and safety inspection that covers boiler and furnace exchanger and flue vacuuming, combustion chamber condition, motor bearing lubrication, nozzle and fuel filter replacement, and much more! Does Palisades Fuel offer emergency response for a broken furnace overnight?
Absolutely. We provide 24/7 emergency heating support across Westchester county to make sure you’re not left without heat during a cold spell or winter storm.
Are parts and labor included in your furnace repair service contract?
Yes. Our heating service contracts cover parts and labor for defective parts (14 parts under the Basic plan, 32 parts under the Platinum plan) and include priority scheduling as well. Our HVAC service goes above and beyond to ensure your comfort no matter what the season!
Is furnace repair different from simply cleaning the unit?
Yes. Our maintenance visit includes detailed cleaning and inspection, but repair involves diagnosing and fixing worn or defective components to restore reliable operation. This is true of our AC services and plans as well.
Do you repair boilers or only furnaces when it comes to heating systems?
We service both. Our team performs expert repair of furnaces and boilers, including oil burners, so you can count on us regardless of your system type. We can also inspect and insure your fuel oil tank system as well. You’ll never be cold with Palisades Fuel at your side.
Can you install a new furnace if mine is outdated, or do you just handle furnace repair?
Yes. We handle both installation and replacement of outdated heating systems as well as repair of existing units. Our technicians can help you choose the right solution for your home after an inspection, as well as walk you through our price protection, and budget payment plans too.
