CREDIT TERMS: Automatic delivery customers require a credit card guarantee. Palisades Fuel invoices must be paid within 10 days. Automatic delivery can only be canceled upon written request to our office. If your balance is not paid, we reserve the right to bill any credit card on file without notification. If you have a balance on your account, and your credit card is denied, you will not receive a second delivery. Regardless of whether or not this application is approved, I agree (1) to remit all payments within 30 days of delivery. Also, I understand and agree to pay a late charge in each instance a payment is not received when due (all late charges will be computed as follows: 1-1/2% per month (ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE 18%) applied to balances remaining unpaid over 30 days past invoice date): (2) I understand and agree to pay a service charge if a check is tendered in payment and that check is returned to you unpaid for any reason: and (3) I understand and agree to pay all costs incurred by you in collecting my account including attorney fees up to 33-1/3% of the amount referred for collection. If any suit needs to be filed to collect an unpaid balance, customer agrees that such may be brought in the courts of Westchester County, State of New York. I understand if approved by you, I may elect to participate in the budget payment plan. If I elect to participate in this plan, I agree to settle my account in full each June. In the event I change my address, I agree to provide you a minimum of two weeks notice in writing. I understand that I am responsible for the payment of all my products and/or services provided by you to my address until such time as this notice is received by you.*

What is the Automatic Delivery program?

Automatic Delivery means we monitor your heating oil usage and tank level for you. We schedule deliveries so you don’t have to call when you think you’re running low. This takes the worry and the work out of the equation for you.

How do I sign up for Automatic Delivery?

Simply complete the application form on our website here providing your tank size, tank type, and delivery preference. We’ll reach out to you and confirm everything and then get your fuel delivered asap.

Will I ever run out of oil if I’m on Automatic Delivery?

With automatic delivery our goal is to prevent run-outs completely. With a service agreement in place, the likelihood of running out is extremely low. Unless you have a tank failure, or it is obstructed from our delivery truck, our budget plans and price protection plans ensure continuous fuel for your system.

Can I change my delivery schedule or pause the program?

Yes, but because we plan deliveries based on your usage, any changes may require re-evaluation of your oil storage tank, past usage, or payment arrangements.

How do you decide how often to deliver?

We base our delivery schedule on your tank size, your past fuel usage, and heating degree days (weather conditions). This helps ensure your tank stays full without unnecessary deliveries, and most importantly that you never run out in an emergency situation when you need it most.

What if I prefer to manage my own fuel instead of Automatic Delivery?

It is totally up to you. Though when self-managing you’d be responsible for calling us when you think you’re low. Automatic Delivery for bioheat fuel or standard heating oil takes that burden off you and ensures timely fills so your system never runs dry leaving you in the cold!

Is Automatic Delivery available for all tank sizes and types?

Yes. We deliver to both above-ground and underground tanks of all sizes all year round. We also offer HVAC services year round in case you’re out of fuel, and in need of repairs.

What happens if I move or change my address?

If you move within our service area we can simply update our records (we ask for at least two weeks notice to prepare) and deliver fuel to your new address. This is also true for our heating and AC service plans as well.
